No. They are your doctor there to treat you, not your friend. You might get them confused with being a close friend because they give you amazing drugs to try that make you feel great, but in fact it is their job and they would happily pass you off to another colleague if things cross over the line.
On a personal note, don’t try to “Hook Up” with your psychologist, they got into the industry because they are bat shit crazy and it won’t turn out very well.
