You want to whitelist all emails from info@LewisOne.com for them to be in your primary inbox.
Gmail
Move senders to your Gmail Primary tab
1. Drag the email from your Promotions tab to your Primary tab
2. When asked, “Do this for future messages?” select “Yes”
You can also whitelist in Gmail before opening the email: Just hover over the sender’s name next to the subject line and select “Add to contacts” to save to your Contacts list.

3. Select “Add to contacts” to save the sender to your Contacts list
iPhone
1. Tap the sender’s from name
2. Choose “Create New Contact”
3. Tap “Done” to save
Android
1. Tap the picture of the sender
2. Tap the add to contacts icon
3. Tap “Create new contact”
4. Choose the correct account if you are signed into multiple email addresses
5. Tap the check mark to save
Apple Mail
1. Open the email in your inbox
2. Click on the sender’s email address
3. Click “Add to Contacts”
Outlook 2003 (and higher)
1. Open the email in your inbox.
2. Right click “Click here” to download images in the gray bar at the top of the message.
3. Click “Add Sender to Safe Senders List.”
Hotmail
Add the From address you want to receive mailings from to your Hotmail Safe List:
- Open your mailbox and click “Options” (upper right hand corner).
- Click the “Junk E-Mail Protection” link.
- Select the “Safe List” link.
- Copy and paste info@lewisone.com into the dialog box titled “Type an address or domain”.
- Click the “Add” button next to the dialog box.
If the mailing is in your “Junk E-Mail Folder”, open the email and click the “Not Junk” button. You should also check that the mailing’s email address is not in your Blocked Senders list. You can find your Blocked Senders list by following the directions above and going to “Blocked Senders List” instead of “Safe List”. If you see the mailing’s from address on this list, select it and click the Remove button.
Yahoo! Mail
1. Open the email in your inbox
2. Click on the sender’s email address
3. Click “…”
4. Choose “Add to contacts”
5. Add additional information if needed
6. Click save to finish
Windows Live Email
1. Open the email in your inbox
2. Click on the sender’s email address
3. Click “Add”

America Online (AOL)
1. Click “Contacts” in the left toolbar
2. Click “New Contact”
3. Add contacts information
4. Choose “Add Contact” to save
Mozilla Thunderbird
Add the From address you want to receive mailings from to your Thunderbird Address Book and configure your Junk Mail Controls to white list your address book. Add an address into your Personal Address Book:
1. Click the “Address Book” button.
2. Make sure the Personal Address Book is highlighted.
3. Click the “New Card” button.
4. Under the “Contact” tab, copy and paste info@lewisone.com into the Email dialog box.
5. Click “OK”.
White list your Personal Address Book:
1. From the main drop down menu, select “Tools -< Junk Mail Controls…”
2. This will launch the Junk Mail Controls window that has two tabs: Settings and Adaptive Filter
3. Under the Settings tab, update the “White Lists” module by selecting Personal Address Book from the pull down menu and then check mark the box next to “Do not mark messages as junk mail”.
4. Click “OK”.
If the mailing is in your junk folder, right-click the mailing and choose “Mark -< As Not Junk”.
Netscape Mail
Set up a filter to redirect the mailing you want to receive into your inbox:
1. From the Edit drop down menu, select “Message Filters”.
2. Click “New”, and give the new filter a name (e.g. “Whitelist”).
3. Change the drop down on the left to “sender” and the one in the middle to “is”.
4. Copy and paste info@lewisone.com into the box on the right.
5. Make the bottom two drop downs “Move to folder” and “Inbox”.
6. Click “OK”.
7. Make sure that your new filter is located at the top of the Message Filter list so it is run before any spam filter.
